Thermalite Shutters
To showcase why these shutters stand out from the rest, Thermalite wanted a CGI animation to clearly demonstrate just that. Thermalite Shutters wanted a step by step video showing all the components with a voice over with high quality CGI animation making the customer understand their product
clearer and easier to understand.
The process began by structuring the storyboard and understanding all the component parts of the shutters. Everything from the louvres, pinion mechanism and titanium rack. Parts were supplied in CAD files but some had to be made from scratch. Even though the animation is a step by step video the client wanted it to flow like a story. With the start revealing the product then showing each part in an elegant transition and ending in a finished room.
To enhance more of the realism, AI software was included in the living room scene.
It was effective with real world movements such as the fireplace and the flames moving around. Managing client budgets and time is always important and AI has assisted with dealing with quick additions to improve scenes which just elevates realism.
